Paulo Caroli is the creator of Lean Inception and the author of Lean Inception, Team OKR in Action, and Product Backlog Building. With decades of experience helping organisations align strategy, discovery, and delivery, he facilitates workshops that turn complex problems into thin-slice plans and measurable outcomes. In recent years, he has applied Lean Inception and product thinking to Data Mesh adoption—guiding data leaders and domain teams from domain selection to their first data product MVP.
